I took my road test yesterday and I passed, but the bottom of the recepit says "this is NOT a valid license. Your current privelges reamin as permit status. I turn 17 on the 24th and i handed in my mv-285 (completuion of drviers ed) and all neccesary paperwork so i should be able to drive at 17. Any help apprecitaed thanks
not until you receive a valid license
the receipt isn’t a valid anything except proof you paid for something.
you should have asked while at the dmv what the process was and if your license would be mailed or when you would get it or what the status was … only the dmv has all your paperwork and can tell you the correct information.
