Passed the test on the first try... so I didn't ever fail. Although I *did* get some points marked off for not changing lanes the moment the tester told me to (I was not able to see that the lane to my left was clear at that moment) - so while I don't think I was wrong ... I didn't mention it because I passed anyway. I took my driver's test about 20 years ago in Los Angeles… and freeway driving was not required. Passed the test on the first try… so I didn't ever fail.

I was really nervous, but also the "instructor" (why do they call them that) took my realigning the car as "three attempts to park" rather than me just matching the car up to the parking space (I didn't even pull out, I was just turning the car in the space!)
