Where is the best place to take your road test in Rochester new york area? and in what time of the month?
You mean you get a choice? I just went to the DMV and they took me to where the road test was given (not far away, and as I recall, it was near the River and about near the Driving Park Bridge. But that was YEARS ago. Things must have changed.

(As I recall, I missed the parallel park, but passed anyway, because I drove a stick shift. I bet that STILL gets you an advantage.)
I took it in October or late September. I guess if it’s not blizzarding, you’re pretty much golden as to the time of year.
