When you turn 18 in Missouri, do you have to take the driving test?

I've had my permit for about 2 years now and I've just recently heard that since I'm 18 I can go up there today and get my license without taking the driving test, is that possible?

no, they dont just hand u a license. u have to take the test. the thing about being 18 is if u had not already gotten ur permit, u would not have to take all those classes. u could just go to the dmv and take the test

Yes that is true since you already have your permit that would mean that you already took drivers ed or some type of driving course.

i sure hope you still have to take the test. turning 18 doesn't mean you know how to drive safely. that's the whole point of taking the test…to prove your a good enough driver. your permit could have sat in the envelope it arrived in for 2 years.

That makes no sense. I don't live in MO, but i sure hope it's not true.
