i just turned sixteen & so im going to be taking my driver's test on June 18th, cuz that's the 6th month i got my permit & if my mom can drive me to the burreau. i was just wondering what to expect before, during the test, after the test. i'm really nervous! & hoping to pass!
State Troopers are the ones that give the tests.
Naturally you are using your parents or friends car for the test.
They sit next to you and do not say one word except to watch you and tell you what to do. They are watching to see that you put on the seat belt as soon as you get in the car, adjust all mirrors, etc to your height, etc. You need to know to always turn on blinkers, how to park on a hill, switch lanes, paralell park, how far back to stop at a stop sign, how to obey a green, yellow and red light.
Don't worry. You will be just fine.
Make sure you put on your seat belt and know how to work everything inside the car. They also asked me what to do if the window starts fogging up. And make sure you stop completely at the stop signs! Like take a good five seconds! I rolled through my stop signs and that's how I failed the first time…
