Simply put, what driver failing a drug test would not suprise you at all, as if you were like "I knew it all along." IMO, Kyle Busch looks like a stoner. No offense to him or his fans, but those bags under his eyes really cause me to assume the worst…
just to let u guys know i’ve never smoked in my entire life. and i mean failing a drug test because of weed or coke or spoon. any of that stuff
if any of the drivers fail a drug because of something fairly harmless like Cannabis and Ecstasy, they should get a second chance because weed doesn’t do much but affect your work habits and looks and such. but if they;re caught again, theyre in deep trouble. now, if they fail a drug test because of a serious drug like Heroin, Cocaine, Methamphetamines, Temazepam, or Barbiturates, then they should be suspended, but that’s the way I would run it, not sure if it would be useful or helpful, but Im only 14 not a drug expert

i honestly think a few drivers would fail.these guys are athletes and athletes take vitamins and supplements daily.some of these supplements might have something in it that could be seen on a drug test as something positive.something that is banned by the commission,kinda like in all the other sports.
as far as illegal drugs…..hmm lets seetony stewart might be a pothead…..and kyle petty i am sure has snorted a few lines in his day

first one that pops in my mind is Scott Speed. i doubt he does drugs but when he dyed his hair blue that one time just makes me think he could be a pothead because that just seems like what someone would do that smokes weed, used to or at least tried it before.
to respond to the 1st poster "Caston", i agree that it would surprise the hell out of me if Joey Logano failed a drug test, but the reason wouldn’t be because he’s so young, it’s plenty of people that’s not even old enough to have a driver’s license permit and do drugs mainly weed, same with drinking. reason it would surprise me is that he just seems like one of those people that’s never done anything illegal or even anything real bad.

I remember when Shane Himel started driving in the trucks, it seemed like he was always in the middle of trouble on the track, and I thought to myself, "man, that guy drives with his head up his a$$." A few weeks later, he got suspended for drugs, and I thought, yep..that explains a lot.

one the start n park drivers, i sure NASCAR tests them some time but for some reason as soon as i read this question all the names of the start n parks guys poped into my head.
The sad thing about drug tests are that alcohol is legal and marijuana is not, and alcohol causes more crimes and deaths than marijuana. People get in fights and accidents when they drink the legal alcohol. When people smoke marijuana, all they do is laugh and eat all the food in the fridge. Drug tests are stupid and against our constitutional rights. Most of the famous inventors and musicians, and politicians have used drugs. I think they should give people an I.Q. test or a personality test, not a drug test, especially for the most natural and unprocessed substance on this planet. But if society deems it neccessary to mess with peoples private lives, then I think we should start drug testing all the people in our high schools and colleges and nip the problem in the bud, If you want to infringe on our rights, do it all across the board, and lets drug test our politicians. Lets drug test people when they apply for their drivers license, and make it mandatory for everyone to get tested if they go to a hospital or dentist etc. Isn’t drug testing fun.
I agree with fluffy on the alcohol vs marijuana issue.
Drunks frequently cause fights and people are maimed and killed everyday by drunk drivers, yet alcohol is legal. But pot smokers? Whoever had problems on the road with pot smokers (except having to honk your horn at them when the light turns green).
