tips for driving permit test?

Im 21 years old living in PA. I know it's a little late but I want to get my licsense. Better later then never right? I read the entire book and wanted to go for my test soon. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me. What things should I really focus on when I reread the book and study it more? what kind of questions are on the test and how long is the test? do I have to make an appoiment to take the test like you do when you go for the driving part of the test? sorry about all the questions. this is really important to me. I need to drive so I can visit my bf, and best friend who moved an hour away. and I would be nice to drive myself to work and have a little more freedom. Ive been saving up as much money as I can for a car. any help is greatly appreciated.

    Study..and do not get any drunk driving questions wrong..you will fail if you get any drunk driving questions wrong…

Tips for driving permit test?

Im 21 years old living in PA. I know it’s a little late but I want to get my licsense. Better later then never right? I read the entire book and wanted to go for my test soon. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me. What things should I really focus on when I reread the book and study it more? what kind of questions are on the test and how long is the test? do I have to make an appoiment to take the test like you do when you go for the driving part of the test? sorry about all the questions. this is really important to me. Study..and do not get any drunk driving questions wrong..you will fail if you get any drunk driving questions wrong…
Just study real hard and practice questions with friends/family as often as possible. If you’re lacking motivation to study, just tell yourself that a few hours of studying are well worth the countless amounts of time you’ll be glad you could drive yourself somewhere or go out with your friends.

It really isn’t that hard. I read the book once and answered the questions that where provided in the book. I took the real test and passed it.PLENTY of sign recognition questions…..you won’t get a sign that says “STOP” to identify it as a STOP SIGN…. you will get something like a clear SHAPE and you will have to identify it by the SHAPE….. also, you will have to know things like how many inches your car can be from a curb after a parallel parking or speed limit in a school zone (6) geez I’m trying to remember 36 YEARS ago— I know my SON took the permit test about 10 years ago and the questions were the same basic questions and answers that were on MY test 26 years before that…….TRY to stop being so nervous—you will find you will do MUCH BETTER if you go in there good and CALM… it’s not a life or death thing and if you should FAIL it, you can always take it a few days from tomorrow…..

How many questions are on the PA driving permit test?I want to know how many questions are usually on the test. Also, how many do you need to get right to pass?

there’s only 18 questions and you need 15 rigt to pass

    know signs. highway ones , local / state ones. know shapes. know sppeedlimit one. when school kids are present. there is alway one question or many two about drunkdrinking … knolw what is the state drunk .0* 8 ? know how to up hill and down hill park.. relax. compe to ful stops, be sure to signal in advance before you turn. don’t speeed. don’t break any laws.

    Ask the person testing you if you can put on some music, when I took mine they let me put on some music, not too loud though. if they let you do that then put on some calm music. Just stay calm, relax and try talking to the person before. Not like have a full on conversation but just introduce yourself and don’t see them as some mean person you don’t know, pretend you’re with your dad and take it easy.
