    If your in a semi don't run the trailer tires over the curb. But in a semi do check your mirrors twice when changing lanes. And use your signals as always!

    look in your mirrors,over your shoulder, and signal constantly. Make sure you go the speed limit do not go over! Good Luck

    Do : put your seat belt on, drive very carefully

    Don't do what my co workers son did : Pulled out of the lot and hit a passing car then got arrested for possession of marijuana when the police responded they saw the bag of weed on the front seat

    make sure checking your mirrors is noticeable, always check your shoulder when changing lanes, when backing up never look forward(just always through the back and your right side mirror), make sure you know your car well and where all the buttons and signals and all that are, and when you are taking a right on a red always stop first before you go!, unless of course there is a sign saying you cannot take a right on a red at this corner. (that's one thing I know some people get busted for), or another is don't enter the bike lane to turn until there is a dotted line and make sure no one is in it shoulder check! But otherwise; I think one thing that does help is getting used to the area where you will be taking your drivers test. If it helps and you are determined, take an experienced driver with you and see where you may be doing your course. I was so nervous, so that's what I did. But it did help. (:
