im hopefully taking my driving test and would like to take it in my own car, can i take it in my own car if its got a digital speedo, the person in the passenger seat cant see it :\ will i still be able to take it in this car??????
If it is working properly and it came from the factory as a digital speedo, then it shouldn’t be a problem.
If the digital display is aftermarket or if it isn’t visible because it isn’t working properly and is completely out of the examiner’s sight, you might want to take a different car that you are familiar with just in case (have a parent or a friend follow you to the testing site in the other car if at all possible)
The last thing you probably want to do is get there and find out you can’t take the test and wait to take it again. I know when I got my license I wanted it as soon as I could get it!
