Good luck for the test. I took mine today and I failed. It was at Bakers Basin. It was in a MVC testing area, not on the road. I was asked to drive around through various turns and I properly used the indicators but the examiner said I was not supposed to use signals in a parking lot. My instructor had advised me earlier that even if the test was in a parking lot, I was supposed to behave as if I was on a real road. Many times I went through STOP signs and I stopped before the white line without touching the line, but the examiner said that I was supposed to completely stop, according to her my vehicle rolled over.Then I did Parallel parking and first time I was little further from the curb so the examiner asked me to do it again and according to her I hit the cone on the second time which I didn't realise it at all because halfway through she asked me to stop and asked for 3 point turn which I did ok. Finally She told me that I was a fairly good driver, but I needed to practice. My instructor couldn't believe that I failed. I have 10 years of driving experience in a foreign country where I had lived earlier. My advice will be ( if I qualify to advise) if your road test is in a parking lot, they will definitely ask for 3 point turn & parallel parking and also check if you can follow their instructions properly. But I just wanted to mention that I'm a great driver and I failed my first time because "I didn't check my blind spot before changing lanes." Which I know for a fact that I did; she would see that if she looked up from her clipboard, haha! So the second time I exaggerated my movements for checking my blind spot.
