The Customer Service Bureau is the Driver License Division&#039;s contact center.   Our hours of operation in the contact center are from 7:30 AM until 6:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday except for National Holidays.  Our representatives are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist you with your driver license needs in either English or Spanish.  



Customers may call (512) 424-2600 (English) or (512) 424-7181 (Spanish) to speak to a customer service representative or contact us for answers to their driver license questions.</description>

		<description>Texas does not have a DMV we have DPS: Department of Public Safety.  It really annoys me when people use terms from the movies and tv as opposed to reality.</description>
