1st go to a atm machine..2nd.go to the DVM..3rd pay the lady,4th have your picture taken..5th drive yourself home.
If your drivers license expired 3 or 4 years ago, you will 'probably' need to go to DMV and take a test for a permit so that you can take a road test. And you'll 'probably' need to take a 5 hour class before you can take the road test. Check the DMV for the state where you live to be sure. Every state has different rules.
This isn't an immigration question.
