i'm 18 and have no permit or license. Never have before in my life. Is there any way i can take a test online to get either?
thanks for the answer but you absolutely didn't have to be so sarcastic about it. I just moved states and i would have to
a) find the place.
b) find the time.
c) restudy different material that i've already been studying.
d) find a way to get there.
and actually, in the place they use computers now to take the test. not your little pencils. YOU my friend, should get with the program.

Kids really push their luck now a days. get your heads out of your computers.
You have to get your butt down to DMV and do it old school, an actual no. 2 pencil and paper. Remember that. some things will never change.
