you just have to read the manual
No, it’s not hard. If you read the manuel and use some common sense you will do well. They used to offer practice quizes on the nydmv website that were very similar if not the same as the questions that you would be asked on the test but I’m not sure they are available on the website anymore.
i live in texas but i’m pretty sure the tests are all the same kind of questions and formatting and such. i think the test was pretty easy. but it may be a little difficult if you dont read the manual whatsoever. so i suggest that you flip through the manual and read a couple of the important parts such as the fees. the thing i remember you need to know most are the fees and the signs. definately the signs. the rest is left to common sense.
