Not necessarily but if you know your rules of the road then yes you have a better chance at passing the driving test. You just have to take that knowledge off the paper and put it on the road. Good luck. It’s wayyy easy.

No. If that were true, you wouldn’t need the driving test, they would issue the license after passing the permit test.

Two tests, that look at different aspects.

Learners permit. Do you understand the rules of the road well enough to start learning to drive?

Driver’s test. Can you handle a vehicle following the rules of the road after practicing with your permit for the time required?

The only way to pass the road test, is to Study-Study-Study! Practice-Practice-Practice!
Work on things like Parallel Parking, Making turns, Changing lanes, etc…..On the actual day of the test, try to remain calm & don’t forget the rules of the road & you’ll do fine

if you passes the written portion of the driving test then you stand a good chance with getting passed the part where you ahve to drive, depending on instructor. and time of day (traffic) you should be alright , just use blinkers, check blind spots. stop BEFORE stop sign and then creep forward if you need to see. but if you just studied it, you should have it all fresh within your memory bank and be good-to-go
