it’d be unexpected as they don’t normally say stuff like that, and yes, he would be quite freaked.
depends on the relationship that you have had. if you have a light joking relationship then i think it would be okay. but, if you have had a more serious/business relationship he may be a little uncomfortable with it. you could say something like "when i am driving by myself i will miss your comments about my driving" or something to that affect. good luck with your driving test!
Not if you say it right. You could say it kind of jokingly and funny, I did to my media teacher and she laughed. He may be a bit like "oh wasn’t expecting that" but I’m sure if he’s older he won’t be thinking "oh she obviously fancies me"
Just say something like "Your a good driving teacher, gonna miss you" and laugh it off.
