How to keep my hands from sweating during my driver’s test…?

I have my driver’s test today, and yesterday while I was practicing, I was nervous because it was my first on a certain highway (the one I have to drive on for the test). I have to drive 65, on a road, next to the river, that has sharp curves… Ugh my hands are getting sweaty thinking about it… O_O
Is there anything I can do to help this?
I even have a scary mental image of my hands getting supper sweaty and sliding on the wheel during a turn thus causing me to plunge into the river… heheh… O_o’ that’s the one I kept having…. I’m so scared!!!!

    Hey,

I don’t think the problem is the sweat rather being nervous. Don’t think about the river next to the road or sharp curves. Take one curve at a time, concentrate and u can pass the river as a breeze. Don’t think of it as a test, enjoy your drive. For the problem with sweat, have a hand kerchief or switch on the AC. Good luck.

Staying calm will reduce this but here are some other thing that will cause it.

    Alcohol
    Caffeine
    Cancer
Certain medicines, including thyroid hormone, morphine, drugs to reduce fevers, and medicines to treat mental disorders
    Emotional or stressful situations (anxiety)
    Exercise
    Fever
    Infection
    Low blood sugar
    Menopause
    Overactive thyroid gland
Spicy foods (known as "gustatory sweating")
    Warm temperatures
Withdrawal from alcohol or narcotic pain killers
