How many driving lessons did you take to pass your test?

I’m in the UK. How many lessons did you take?

Also, regarding to my other question, I don’t want to go with a private instructor, I want to go with a school, so if you had to choose, BSM or AA? :)

    Sorry to only be answering only one of your questions but honestly, don’t go with AA or BSM etc,
    You`ll spend maybe 10 hours at the side of the road not even getting to sit in the drivers seat.
    I went with a private instructor and on my very first lesson i got to drive the car – only for 5-10 minutes but it helps.
    You can look at dials and take in information all you like, but the best practise if practical driving.
