Last summer I moved to Ohio from NYC. I never had any driving exp and I failed my drivers test twice. I had to move back to NY but now am trying to get my license in Ohio again.
Now I have my test Tuesday, I have a lot of seat time now and am confident in my ability.
Knowing that I failed it twice over a year ago, if I were to fail Tuesday, how long must I wait to retake it? I am 20 mind you.
I don’t need the "You shouldn’t be allowed to drive" crap either, you try passing with no exp.

Well you shouldn’t have gone to take the test without practicing. You shouldn’t take the test until you feel like you can pass it, and if you had little time then you had no reason to think you could pass it.
Anyway though do you have a current permit? I know in PA the permit expires after a year. Around here you have to make an appointment for a road test so you only have to wait until you can get another appointment(which is usually 2 weeks). I’m not sure about Ohio’s laws though.
first of all why didn’t you get exp? you totally deserve the "you don’t know how to drive" crap because who takes there test first time behind the whelel? you must be dumb. I don’t want someone on the road like you anyways because your obviously really bad if you never drive and your frickin 20 without a license.

I failed my drivers test twice too. After you fail three times you must wait 3 weeks. The time you have to wait to retake it goes up a week everytime you fail the test.
