"On February 22, 2010, the following changes to New York’s Licensing Laws will affect young drivers: Reduce from two to one the number of non-family passengers under age 21 riding in a motor vehicle operated by a junior license holder when not accompanied by a licensed parent or guardian.
This is the day I take my road test, so what does this mean for me???
Does that only apply to the young drivers who take the road test after the 22nd ?

It means that you will only get to have 1 non family passenger under the age of 21 in you vehicle when you are driving.
Feb 22 is a Sunday. Just kidding but seriously do you want to be calm when you take your test or do you just want to make yourself a nervous wreck? Chill a little
It means you can’t have more than one passenger under the age of 21 who isn’t a family member unless mom or dad is in the car with you.
