"On February 22, 2010, the following changes to New York’s Licensing Laws will affect young drivers: Reduce from two to one the number of non-family passengers under age 21 riding in a motor vehicle operated by a junior license holder when not accompanied by a licensed parent or guardian.
This is the day I take my road test, so what does this mean for me???
Does that only apply to the young drivers who take the road test after the 22nd ?

In other words only one passenger besides you can be in the car. One little truck they try is they will talk to you while your driving and as soon as you look at them and not the road they fail you/
It means you can no longer go joy-riding with a bunch of your friends. That’s the intent of the law. It has nothing to do with your specific road test.
