No, but I had a friend once who did. The car was not new, but new to him.

This was many years ago, when cars were a bit different then they are today. He and I went to a used car lot, and he spotted an old Plymouth, which looked nice.

But what caught his attention was the two chrome pipes coming out the back, one on each side of the car, under the back bumper. ( Plymouth cars came from the factroy with only one pipe)

So he liked the idea of having dual pipes on the car, and he bought it, un driven.

It turned out to be a nice car. He was lucky that way.
