i’m taking my drivers license test in 2 hours and i have some few questions 
1. when we get to the car, do i immediately start the car or will the instructor tell me to start it?
2. what do they usually make you identify inside the car.
3. how long do they usually let you drive before telling you to go back to the driver’s license place?

Get in, buckle your seatbelt. Make sure the radio is turned off.
Check your mirrors and adjust them accordingly.
Wait until the instructor is buckled in before starting the engine. You don’t have wait for his signal to start the car.
I wasn’t instructed to identify anything in the vehicle. It’s all about how you handle the vehicle on the road at this point.
They usually make you execute a right turn, left turn. Stop sign. Park, sometimes parallel, change lanes. Observe your speed through certain zones. It’s generally about 10-15 minutes tops.

Before you start the car, the first thing you better do is put your seat belt on.
