Wow! I never even considered that to be possible… I’ve been driving for 25 years and I’ve never heard of such. I’ve been licensed in TN, GA, MS, and NY. None of them drug test that I know of.

No you shouldn’t be drug tested. I live in Ohio but I am 100% we don’t test and you can not be tested without your consent, which means they would have to ask you to take the drug test first. Ultimately, you shouldn’t get drug tested at the DMV tho
