Depends what state you live in. Here in jersey, you get a provisional license which has restrictions such as no driving pass 12am. No more than 2 people with no license. Stuff like that. Cant drive outside the state. Check your state DMV website.
Depends on where u are.when i was 14 i could drive to school and back and i could drive to events in town.but not out.when i was 16 i got a reg lic.
