No. You just have your license transferred. It's no big deal, just go to the DMV in Cali.
No, in most cases if you have a valid license you turn it in for a new license in your new state. Only if you had a horrible driving record would you have to retest.
not necessary…….but ofcourse you still need to change your DMV ID for CA.
When moving state to state it a possible chance you may have to take a retest of a written test for sure and maybe a test drive too. Each state is different though but there a good change that going to happen.
