So I was wonderin if i could use what u get after passing the road test to apply for my road test. Or do i have to actually wait for the actual license to come in the mail. I figured..since i can drive with what they give me…i would be able to use the same information to apply…

The IDP is merely a document that translates your license into several languages to assist others in understanding your status when you travel.
You get it from your nearest triple A office, and yes, you need your actual license, $15, and two passport type photos.
