the dmv i tried to take my test at wouldnt let me when there was a tiny wet spot. they said it was a liability. so i went to another dmv with a dry course.

They probably won't let you – but it's mainly because they don't want to stand out in the rain and watch you do it.

At the same time – the motorcycle test I took in TN literally consisted of riding to the end of the parking lot and back, and then showing that I knew how to use the turn-signals.

I would call them and ask what they do (if its raining too hard, you don't want to be out on a bike anyway). Maybe reschedule.

the test i took required me to go through cones at an insanely slow speed, and to go a short distance very quickly and apply the brakes to stop at a certain point. It would have been impssible or very hard to do if the street had been wet. id wait till it wasnt raining. Who wants to ride in the rain anyway? Ive done it but it wasnt cuz I had a choice.
