nope, you need a license to buy a car, and you cant take the test in an unregistered car

You can own a car with no license, but you cant register it, meaning, it cant be on the road

I’m pretty sure you don’t have to have a drivers license to own a car. The Registration office may ask for ID, but there’s no reason it would have to be a drivers license. So, you can register the car and take the test independently.

For example, your father owns a car and its registered to him. He looses his drivers license, so he can’t drive…but he can lone the car to you OR you could drive him to the liquor store in it. It is registered and has plates. You have a drivers license… everything is legal like.

Any car you use to take your driving test must have current insurance and registration. You can purchase and register a car without having a license, but you must have insurance in order to register it. Getting insurance before you have a license may be tricky, so you will need to talk to an insurance agent about it.

No. The car you use to test in must be registered and insured.

If you have no one that will allow you to test using their car, many driving schools will supply a car and instructor to test with for a price.

    i agree with everyone else
you can’t buy a car and not put in your name
you buy it, you must transfer title immediately
otherwise, the previous owner is still responsible and legally still owns it
check insurance, and transfer title then the car is yours
but you will need to get someone to drive it to the test location for you
expect to pay high insurance too
unlicensed is "high risk" in the eyes of the insurance

You need it insured, so ya great and dandy you can buy a car with no payments but you still have a bill with the vehicle..

You need to have a license before you can buy a car on your own.
