I would like to book my driving test but I don’t own another car I can hire my driving instructors car (like i did on my first test) which will cost the price of a lesson….

Is there anwhere else I can hire a car ? – test centre perhaps ? because otherwise i’ll have to wait for time that’s suitable for my instructor aswell as what test dates are available….any info appreciated.also my instructor does think I’m ready for it and wants to book it now incase anyone thinks I’m just jumping right to the test….. I would just prefer to do it sooner than have to ait for an instructor car…

WHY DON’T YOU JUST CALL YOUR LOCAL DMV OFFICE, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL BE GETTING THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.

I am surprised by your question as all the driving instructors I have ever known, and this is in the hundreds, make sure that their car is available to suit the client who has been having lessons with them. Obviously they can’t guarantee a particular time and day as they may already have another pupil booked for their test. but the instructor will move ordinary lessons to fit in your test. I don’t know of any car rental company that will hire out a car to a learner driver to take their test.
