I failed the first time because when I tried to parallel park, I was way too far from the kerb. So watch out for that. Depends where you live, but in my area (Pennsylvania), they were really strict about it.
Try to stay calm and remember it’s not the worst thing in the world if you fail..lots of people do, and soon you can just retake it.
Practice, practice, practice….same way you get to Carnegie Hall!
The more you get to practice behind the wheel the more comfortable you will be for your test. And remember not to be a slouch…an alert posture signals an alert mind. Half of all accidents today are caused by inattention on someone’s part.
And remember…if you’re talking on a phone…you are not concentrating on the road.
Don’t be nervous while taking my test I hit a cone parallel parking and ran over a racoon while changing lanes on the express way and still passed easily, you have to screw up really bad to fail.
