I’m going to take the permit test in a few days and i want to take the practice test first…. can you give me some sites? for free….. and how many questions there are on the test and how many i have to get right in order to pass?Is there any free online practice tests for your permit??Does anyone know know where I can do a practice permit test online?
Don’t worry about practice test man. There’s a book that you can read about the rules of driving and stuff like that. Read and study the book.
The test is very EASY! to pass, you need at least 75 – 80% but don’t worry about that.
The test is mainly about drunk driving, signs(stops signs, etc.), white and yellow lines on the road and one question about railroad crossing.
Trust me, i took the test before and got 100%. Its the same exact test for everyone.

I live in Michigan and when I took my permit test I found a book online at the Secretary of State’s office that had general information in it as well as 10 or 15 questions. I read that and only got one wrong on my permit test.
I would say you are ready. The practice tests are developed from the laws in your state regarding driving. The “real” test is no different then the practice test, the data used is taken from the driver manuel. They may have many different configurations for the tests, but all tests are equal in difficulty. There are no trick questions, if you know the information in the manuel, you will do fine. i own a shop ,and i have some friends that live in Virginia,and the test will be close the the practice one,but the questions will be a little different,and some of them are similar but not identical ,but if you can pass the practice test you can easily pass the real thing,

If you mean a permit to DRIVE (a car, truck, motorcycle, etc)…every state’s tests are different. Go to your state’s Dept. of Motor Vehicles web site and see if they offer a practice test on-line. They probably don’t though since the tests are constantly changed to prevent cheating.
Most states want you to know the answers to ANY question they might ask you.

Your best bet is to learn the booklet they gave you at the DMV…front to back. This is one thing you will want to know ALL the answers for…. if you want to stay alive on the road.
