My road test is Friday! Being a bit older getting a licence is hard because I don't live with or near my parents so there's no built in car to practice on. I don't have a car to drive either, so I've booked my driving instructors car. It's pretty expensive, but I don't have a choice. Here in Ontario you can't drive a car on the road without insurance, but can't get insurance unless you have a G2 licence. Even if you haven't taken a drivers ed course with any school, a lot of them will let you book their car and give you a mini course right before your road test. Good luck!
