I am 18, and have never had a drivers license before. I do have my permit. I live in Illinois. Do I have to take the written test, the driving test, or both?

what do i need to show?

I have to make my drivers license again and need to find a good web site for studying the written test.Question-Answer type,but only for the State of Oklahoma.
