Old people sometimes have slower reflexes and therefore can be dangerous drivers. I think that when someone turns maybe 65, they should have to take the driver's test again. That way, if they pass, no sweat. If they fail, then we're all safer with them off the road. What do you think?

My older sister took the Driver's Ed. class when she was in high school and she told me that when she took her restricted test, they let her use the handbook.
Is this true? Or the test isn't open book?

These people can't drive. Not ALL of them, but most. They are straddling 2 lines in the highway, not looking when changing lanes, no blinkers. I think it's terrible! How come you need a license at 16 but not 70?
